Be prepared for the rainy season!

The wind is blowing, leaves & dirt everywhere...

Ensure your rainwater gutters are clean and free of any obstructions/blockages. You don't want to sit with roof leaks or water damage that could have been prevented. Remember, any damage resulting from a dirty/blocked gutter will be for the tenant's account!

Please refer to your Lease Agreement Clause 14.1: "The Tenant shall be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the garden, cleaning of gutters and shall, at the termination of this Agreement, return the garden to the Landlord in substantially the same condition that it was in at the Commencement date"

Make sure you and everybody in your household always have the contact details of the following people at hand;
• Your Rize Agent
• Managing Agent (Complexes only)
• The Managing Agent is the agency administrating residential complexes on behalf of the body corporate (homeowners). This is not Rize Property Professionals.
• Caretaker or Building/Complex Manager (Complexes only)

If you do not know who the Managing Agent and or Caretaker is, ask your Rize Agent to find out.

Make sure everybody in your household knows where the main stop valve / shut-off valve is located!!
